Bilt’s May Rent Day is almost here. This month’s offers include a transfer bonus of up to 100% for the newest transfer partner Southwest Airlines, freebie at Bilt Cafe in NYC, and more offerings through the Neighborhood Dining Series. Additionally, you can take advantage of the usual Rent Day goodies such as double points for all your purchases and more. Let’s check out the details.

Southwest Airlines Transfer Bonus

This Rent Day, you can get up to a 100% bonus when you transfer points to Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards. Bilt members will receive a bonus between 25% and 100% depending on their Bilt status. The transfer bonus promotion is active from May 1st, 2025 at 12:00am ET until May 1st 2025, 11:59pm PT in the Bilt Rewards app or website. 

You must be enrolled in the Southwest Rapid Rewards loyalty program to transfer your Bilt points to Southwest miles. Bilt points can be converted in increments of 1,000. Bilt Blue Members must transfer a minimum of 2,000 points.

Bilt Cafe

Visit the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe this Rent Day® for a complimentary coffee and signature energy bites from Miami-born Pura Vida, now with their newest location just around the corner on Bleecker St. Exclusively May 1 from 7:30 AM – 6 PM while supplies last. The Bilt Neighborhood Cafe is located at 31 Bond Street, NY, NY 10012.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Series

Each month, Bilt drops all-inclusive reservations at top Bilt Neighborhood Dining restaurants. Each reservation will feature a curated tasting menu with dishes from renowned chefs and the option to add premium cocktails and beverages for Bilt Member exclusive pricing. Book a seat for yourself and a friend starting at $40 or 2,500 Bilt points each. Available on April 26th, 2025 at 11:50am ET in the Bilt app or website for Platinum Members and all other members at 12:00pm ET. All sales are final.

Earn Up to 6X Points for One Day

Take advantage of Rent Day with double points earnings. Members with the Bilt Mastercard will earn accelerated points across non-rent spend, including:

• DINING: 6x points (regularly 3x points)
• TRAVEL: 4x points (regularly 2x points)
• OTHER SPEND excluding rent: 2x points (regularly 1x points)

Cardholders will receive double earnings, but now only up to 1,000 bonus points. Promotion period runs between 12:00am ET on May 1 through 11:59pm PT on May 1. Cardholders will continue to earn 1x points on their rent payments when paying with the Bilt Mastercard. Don’t forget, cardholders must use their card 5 times each statement period to earn points. And a friendly reminder: When paying at a Bilt Dining restaurant, Bilt Mastercard cardholders can usually earn up to 11x points through dining on Rent Day. The Bilt Mastercard has an unadvertised signup bonus of up to 50,000 points. You can also get a bonus of up to 10,000 points when you request a credit limit increase. 

‘Rent Free’ Game Show

This is a game show where your favorite creators and personalities play to help you win free rent.

1,000 Bilt Members have answered some juicy hypothetical questions. Your challenge will be to see how well you know your fellow Bilt Members by submitting guesses to one of these questions. If you can correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you’ll automatically be entered for the chance to get your November rent paid.
