Alternative Bridging Corporation has hired Sirui Liao as a case manager to strengthen the support on offer to brokers.

Liao joins from Profound Financial Consultancy, where he was a mortgage administrator, helping to facilitate all stages of the residential and buy-to-let application process.

His experience in managing pipeline business, liaising with clients and various stakeholders and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of lending criteria mean he is well-equipped for the role, the lender says.

He will report directly to Mihaela Janko who leads the case management team.

Alternative Bridging Corporation is a specialist lender offering short-term bridging finance and development funding as well as term loans.

It provides both regulated and non-regulated loans.

Mihaela Janko says: “We are very pleased to welcome Sirui to our team. “With an impressive background in the financial sector, Sirui is poised to bring valuable expertise and a fresh perspective to our case management operations.

“His thorough understanding of the mortgage process, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service will be instrumental in enhancing our case management capabilities and strengthening the support we provide to brokers.”

Sirui Liao says: “I am incredibly excited to join the team.

“I look forward to contributing to the company’s mission and working with a team dedicated to providing excellent service and innovative financial solutions.”
