Club Wyndham has a timeshare offer where you can score a 3-night stay and up to 30,000 points for just $199. Just the value of the points is more than what you are paying for your stay, so this can be a good opportunity to score a free vacation.

However, there’s a catch. As part of participating in this offer, you will have to sit for a 120-minute timeshare sales presentation. There is no obligation to purchase, although you need to prepare yourself for some pressure. Check out the details below.

Get a Better Deal

It’s a good idea to call and see if you can negotiate a better offer than the one presented here. You can possibly get a longer stay for the same price, or a higher points bonus.

You can even inquire about additional destinations not listed in the offer page.

Wyndham Timeshare Offer: Guru’s Wrap-up

This is a good offer for a Wyndham timeshare presentation. Wyndham Rewards are more valuable than Hilton or Marriott points, so a 30,000 points bonus can easily be worth over $300. That means that you are making a $100+ profit and getting a free 3-night stay.

However, all these types of offers come with a mandatory sales pitch. You have to sit through that for two hours. They can’t force you to buy anything, but again not everyone can say “no” over and over. And they make those deals sound pretty good. If that’s something you’re not comfortable with, it might be best to skip this Hilton Grand Vacations offer. But if you’ve done this before, or are confident that you will resist the temptation, then could be a good opportunity. You can also check out my experience in Las Vegas with a similar offer from Marriott Vacation Club.

If you are really looking to buy a timeshare, then it is better to look at time share resellers where you will get a much better price. I still do not think it is a good idea, but always run the numbers yourself, add up the costs, and then make a decision.

Have you participated in similar timeshare presentations in the past? How did it go and what tips do you have for other readers?
